At Jarosial, every drop of honey contains a story of passion, dedication and respect for nature. Our connection with bees was not born in a laboratory or in a big company, but in a simple and authentic moment, where curiosity and surprise gave way to a deep love for these little beings that sustain life on our planet.
Jarosial's story begins with a simple invitation to participate in a honey harvest, a moment that would mark the beginning of an unexpected transformation. It was a sunny day in the 1980s when a schoolmate of mine asked me to accompany him to his apiary. Although I had no idea how a beehive worked, my curiosity was immediately piqued.

Upon tasting the fresh honey, I fell in love with its flavor and texture. However, my enthusiasm led me to fail to notice the worker bees in the comb, and one of them stung me on the lip. The pain was instantaneous, but paradoxically, it was that small accident that ignited a lasting passion. That "sweet and painful encounter" not only left a physical mark, but opened a door to an unknown and fascinating universe.

From that day on, I began to research and learn about the life of bees, their organization, their delicate balance with nature, and the importance of their conservation. What began as an act of simple curiosity turned into a deep fascination and love for these extraordinary creatures.
