About EANCF Community

EANCF is a community of Ecuadorian Americans committed to building a better future for the Ecuadorian diaspora and for America, through the strengthening of identity, culture, values, shared vision, cooperation, financial education and entrepreneurship.

We believe in the power of unity and collective commitment. That's why we pool our resources and expertise with the goal of empowering our members, promoting safer communities, stronger families, engaged children, financial independence, and strong business-community collaboration.

Inspired by the vision of the Shuru community, we affirm the nobility and dignity of the Ecuadorian people and actively work to maximize our contribution to the world, our communities and ourselves.

We connect all Ecuadorians in the Americas, promote cultural and identity education, build a global vision from our roots, and enhance collective impact through clear principles, collaborative investment, responsible management and active cooperation among our members.

EANCF Goals

At EANCF we have a few immediate goals:

- Goal 1: Strengthening Social and Community Bonds
We promote integration, mutual support and participation within our community, fostering spaces for meeting and collaboration. Through initiatives that reinforce social cohesion, we seek to generate solidarity networks and strengthen the sense of belonging, contributing to collective well-being and the development of a more equitable and inclusive society.

- Goal 2: Dissemination of Programs and Opportunities
We are committed to clearly and accessibly sharing external programs and opportunities, ensuring that community members can benefit. Our goal is to provide relevant and up-to-date information, fostering the growth and development of those who are part of our community.

We foster economic growth and entrepreneurship within our community through access to investment opportunities. Through strategic financial investment and advice, we seek to strengthen projects with high impact potential, promoting sustainability and collective economic development.

We promote business investment as a driver of development and economic strengthening within our community. Through the support of entrepreneurship, the creation of strategic alliances and access to financing, we seek to promote innovative and sustainable businesses. Our goal is to generate a dynamic ecosystem where responsible investment contributes to business growth and collective well-being.

- Goal 5: Creation of a Business and Professional Network
We encourage the creation of a solid network of businesses and professionals within our community, promoting the exchange of knowledge, experiences and opportunities. - Goal 6: Marketing Strategies for Community Enterprises

We developed an after-school program designed to complement school education by offering activities and workshops that foster the integral development of students. Through creative and practical approaches, we seek to enhance academic, artistic, sports and social skills, providing young people with additional tools for their personal and professional growth.
